Bean Rice is one of the traditional and very popular Iranian dishes, which is prepared with a variety of ingredients. You can make bean pilaf according to your taste with red meat or chicken.

How to prepare bean pilaf

Then we pour the tomato paste into the boiling milk and fry continuously until the oil turns red and the raw smell of the tomato paste disappears, and then we remove the boiling milk from the heat and add the tomato paste to the ingredients in the pan. do.

The seventh stage

Then we fry the ingredients well and remove the pan from the heat and keep it aside until the bean pilaf cools down. Then we pour half of water in a suitable pot and add a small amount of salt to it.

The eighth stage

If you want, you can also put a little turmeric in the water to make the pilaf yellow and at the end of cooking, you will have a more colorful pilaf. Cover the pot and put it on high heat so that the water boils faster.

The ninth stage

At this stage, we wash the rice well and drain the water, and when the water is boiling, we pour the rice into the pot and wait until about 6-7 minutes later, we test a grain of rice between the teeth. .
