PowerPoint is a unique program with many features to present your project or so-called presentation. As you know, by using this feature, you can send your file to different people with a smaller volume. It doesn't matter whether the recipient of your file has PowerPoint or not.

If you open your file in another system such as the university system, the file will not be read by PowerPoint of the new system, or the font will be displayed as a mess. For this purpose, converting PowerPoint to PDF file is very useful.

The process of converting PowerPoint to PDF
If your file is ready, when you open the program, you will see the page where you have processed your last files. If you do not find the desired file in your recent projects. Select the open other presentation option. In this case, you will find the storage space of your file on the computer.
Select the Design option from the toolbar at the top of the program. To adjust the size of the slides in this section, select the Slide size option. This option gives you the ability to change the slide in Standard size and Widescreen size.
But these options do not limit you. And you can choose the dimensions you want using the Custom slide size option. When using this feature, you can change the vertical and horizontal mode of the slide, the size of the length and width, as well as the number of slides you want to apply the dimensions to.
You can convert your PowerPoint file to PDF in two ways:
The first method:
Click on the file option on the left and top of the toolbar. Select the Export option. The first option that returns to you in the settings window. Select the Create pdf/Xps document option. Clicking on this option will open a window.
Choose the name of your file that you want to present in the File name field. In the Save as type section, you can see the pdf format, which you can change to Xps document format if you wish.
Another section you can see in this settings window. The option is Optimize for. that you have two standard choices (publishing online and printing), this option is selected by default in the program. You can print or convert your file with high quality by choosing this option.
Another choice in this section is Minimize size (Publishing online) option. By choosing this option, you will save the file with a lower quality. This item helps you to save the file in a small size and send it quickly.
There is another option called Open file after publishing, which can be viewed immediately after saving the pdf file.
Range:
In this section, you can choose exactly which slides to output from. In fact, you limit the output slides.
Option Published:
In this section, you can select the Publish What option. which only output from comments, handouts or outline view. You can also set the number of slides per page, the orientation of the slides, and choose vertical or horizontal.
Include non-printing information:
Contains structural tags of the file and its attributes.
PDF Options:
Matches the pdf file with the given selections.
After applying all the changes, just click on the Publish option to prepare the PDF file.
The second method:
The second method actually makes it easier for you to get to the settings and you will make your conversion faster. Just do the following:
By selecting Ctrl+s, you will directly enter the file window. Then select Save as. Select the pdf format in the save as type section. This storage method allows you to save files in other formats as well. In this section, apply everything that was stated in the first method about the settings.
