How to make simple mushroom soup
first stage

second stage
At this stage, add the butter to the pot and let it melt completely. Next, we wash the mushrooms well until they are completely white, then chop them into uniform slices and add them to the pot.

After adding the mushrooms, increase the heat of the pot and fry well until the mushrooms release water. Now we continue frying until the mushroom juice is completely drained, then we add the flour to the pot.
The fourth stage
Reduce the heat under the pot, then fry the flour a little until it is raw. After 3 minutes, add the chicken broth little by little and mix it with the flour until the flour is completely opened and does not form lumps.
The fifth stage
At this stage, we add water along with warm milk and mix the ingredients until they are uniform. Now let the mushrooms cook completely. After 30 minutes, add the oats to the pot.
The sixth stage
Now we taste the soup and add some salt, black pepper and garlic powder to the pot and leave the lid of the pot half open to let the soup settle. After the soup reaches the desired consistency, pour 1 ladleful of the soup into a bowl.

At this stage, add the cream to the bowl and mix until they are uniform, then add the soup and cream mixture to the pot and mix. Finally, we put the soup in the desired dish and serve it hot.
